Pole Dance
Pole dancing is a fantastic way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, all while having a blast.
In our classes, you'll start with the basics, learning simple spins, poses, and movements. As you progress, you'll gain strength and coordination, unlocking new tricks and skills with each step forward.
Aerial Hoop
Aerial hoop combines strength, flexibility, and creativity as you learn to perform beautiful moves and poses on the hoop.
During our sessions we’ll guide you through the fundamentals for a safe and successful aerial journey. We’ll focus on building strength and mastering fundamental skills at your own pace.
Aerial Hammock
Aerial hammock uses a soft, fabric sling to support you as you explore graceful poses, flips, and stretches while building strength and flexibility.
In our lessons, you’ll learn how to safely move in and out of poses and wraps in the hammock while improving your balance and core strength.
Our supportive instructors will guide you through each move, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

Flow Classes
Learn a choreographed routine to music in one of our Flow Classes! In this class your instructor will teach you how to link together the moves you have learnt in class and dance your way through them.
These classes are full of hair flicks, high kicks, booty pops and sass. You'll be sure to have lots of laughs, leave feeling confident and get a great cardio workout in.
We run a variety of supplementary classes each week so you can unlock your splits, improve your back bend and shoulder range, gain active flexibility and build the muscles and balance needed to support you through a safe and successful pole and aerial journey.
