Contrary to popular belief you do not have to be fit, strong, or skinny or have prior dance experience to pole dance!

The most common thing we hear from our students is that they are having so much fun they don't even realise they are working out. 

Aerial Hoop

From the circus to the studio! You might have seen dazzling aerial hoop performances, which now the everyday person is able to learn. 

Aerial hoop is full body exercise and many of our students love the feeling of spinning in the air while making beautiful shapes. 

Aerial Hammock

From dazzling feats of adrenaline as you tumble and drop through air, to dreamy spins as you wrap and twist to make beautiful shapes. There is something for everyone!
